Bitter-sweet chocolate chip cookies with Sugar Free Natura. YUM!

The holiday season is here! Do you know what that means?
Apart from meeting up with friends, family, it's the time we get to partake into lots of food, get those sugar rushes, and satisfy our taste-buds!

Sugar Free has given us bloggers on IndiBlogger, a Dessert challenge, where we all get to share the recipes of our favorite deserts with the world. The dessert which I shall be sharing today is a very tasty one, especially loved by kids. We use dark chocolate, because unlike normal chocolate, it offers many health benefits and doesn't account for much sugar either!  Lets get started.

Bitter-sweet chocolate chip cookies!

Time required: 0.5 to 1 hour.

Ingredients needed:
1. 0.5 cup melted butter
2. 0.25 cup Sugar Free Natura
3. 1 Egg
4. 0.5 tsp vanilla essence
5. 0.5 tsp salt
6. 0.5 tsp baking soda
7. 1.5 cups all-purpose Flour
8. 2 cups dark chocolate chips
Steps:
1. Preheat the oven to 175º C or 350º F.
2. Mix melted butter, Sugar Free Natura, in a bowl.
3. Whisk in the Egg until it's combined.
4. Now add in the vanilla essence, baking soda, and salt.
5. Add dark chocolate chips to this mixture.
6. Mix well until the cookie dough is ready.
7. Scoop out from this dough and make tiny balls. (Depending on what sized cookies you'd want.)
8. Place them on a baking sheet, making sure to keep some distance between them as they will expand to become cookies.
9. Bake them for 10 minutes until golden brown. Cool for a few minutes before serving. (The cookies are fragile when they are warm, and become more solid as they cool.)
Enjoy your very own yummy, bitter-sweet chocolate chip cookies!

Beach ke beach main.

Oh 'ello, Mr. Beach!
We meet again.

The sand seems extra golden this evening.
The waters, extra blue.
The wind is all sublime, and the skies, just so clear and happy.
Clear, and happy, like the mind-space, before it begins to jot down the thoughts onto itself,
forming an intricate, complicated detail of layer upon layer, of organised and disorganised
thoughts.
Random or
otherwise.

Dear Mr. Beach!
It's so crowded, out here.
But the claustrophobia is least of my concerns.
The horizon, which stretches up until infinity and beyond,
helps.

People seem happy.
And I simply adore that couple playing with their young child, attempting to make him laugh. Or that man, who quietly stares at the people around him, like me. Or the little child who runs along with a stray dog. Playing.
Laughing.
Look at those two beautiful women jogging near the waves.
They seem to be sharing a gossip that amuses them both.
I like people,
sometimes.

I'm hungry. Mr. Beach.
All this walking has made me tired.
I think I deserve something, tasty. Something spicy, sour.
Yum.

PANI PURI!
Mr. Beach, I am so grateful.
I think I'd like to stay here forever.
At least.
In my city.
For I'd never run out of pain puri.

It's getting dark, now.
I think I should head back home.
Nevertheless, Mr. Beach,
I think I'll be visiting you more often.

My tummy wanna has EPIC foods!

Midnight pangs are…  Kind of interesting. I don’t sleep at night. Well, mostly. That kinda sucks though, but I presume nearly half of the new age - techno savvy teenagers around the world do the same. I think of it as some kind of… Evolutionary behavior, so it really shouldn’t matter much. Besides, Sleep is for the weak. Yeah, that’s what I feel.

So back to my midnight pangs! At about one last night, I was busy skimming through a set of chemical reactions that I had to memorize for a coming practical (with my laptop switched on!), when I had this tingly sensation in my tummy. Ehh. I was hungry. I flipped ma table all epically, well not really, but yeah, quickly, and ran towards the kitchen to gulp down a glass of water. I  was really hungry you know, so I opened my fridge in a hope that I’d find some legendary dish. The first thing I spotted, were some pineapple slices, waiting for me eagerly as the lay on the shelf. Cold and juicy. Yum.

I pulled the bowl out, nommed the slices quickly, and peered down inside my fridge again, this time, looking for some junk. IT WAS EMPTY. Absolutely empty. (I really can’t store chocolates in my fridge, cuz storing them is actually very difficult when you have a great appetite for anything sweet.) IT WAS HORRIBLE. I was really hoping to find some chicken nuggets that I could fry… but oh well. I realized that I had finished them a day before. ._. Tough luck.

Disappointed, I came back in my room and started searching for some dishes online. ZOMG. Now this is why I love the Internet. Some dishes that I came across were absofuckinglutely EPIC!

I mean, COME ON, who’s not gonna drool when they come across things such as this —

Or this --

Or THIS --

OR… Wait for it…. THIIIIS!!! —

The fuck right? O_O

So now! Think about me! Looking at such things when I was just so fucking hungry! ~Sigh.~

After an endless amount of time I spent merely drooling over such things, I decided I’m going to make one soon! YES. And I shall never let anyone complete the dish. Ever.

You ask why?

Cuz I’d like to fill in my tummy with EPIC CHICKENEH JUICY left overs at one at night. Thats why!
